TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. If a Test Centre changes the price of a test or would like any other details changing on their advert, MOT Supermarket must be advised in order to change the details of the listing on the site.  This can be done through sending an appropriate message through the 'Contact Us' page on www.motsupermarket.com or by emailing mail@motsupermarket.com .

2. The advertising fee is an annual or monthly charge and will automatically be charged every 12 months or monthly through the Worldpay payment system on the card used to make the initial payment.  If this payment is declined, the Test Centre will be notified through the email address registered with Worldpay, given when the first payment is made.

3. All listings will normally be posted within 48 hours of payment being made. This is not guaranteed, but an email will be sent to the address provided by the Test Centre when the listing becomes active.

4. All parties applying and paying for a listing on this site have the right to cancel within 7 days of the listing appearing on the site.  A full refund will be given.  To apply for a refund, send an appropriate message through the 'Contact Us' page on www.motsupermarket.com or email mail@motsupermarket.com .

5. If a Test Centre is found to be advertising a false price, it will be investigated immediately.  A re-activation fee of £10.00 may be applied.
